Child Protection Policy Update
There is obviously heightened awareness in the public sphere
concerning child protection issues in the Church and in the
Archdiocese of Dublin in particular. We must first consider those
who have been directly affected and assure them of our
complete support, if needed and when requested.
It is important to remind you that in this Diocese, guidelines in
this area are operated to the highest standard.
Safeguarding Children from the National Board for Safeguarding

The state guidelines Children First apply in all our schools and
Guidelines in the Diocese are consistent with state policy.
Anyone in this parish working with children—employees, volunteers
and priests are required to participate in Garda Vetting.
